 Is Brytwork a secure site?

Providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience is critical for us. Your credit card transactions are encrypted and our servers are secure to protect you and your information. We will never sell or provide your information to an outside party.

Where does Brytwork ship to?

We only ship within the United States of America. 

What about taxes and customs?

There will be no customs as all our products ship from the United States and Brytwork is not responsible for taxes. 

How do I return my order?

For any reason, you may return your order within 14 days of the delivered date by contacting us at info@brytwork.com. Please review the terms and conditions on our returns page for additional information about returning goods. Depending on the reason for return you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

How do I exchange my order?

If you have any issues about the product within 15 days please contact us at info@brytwork.com for an exchange. However, for any inquiries past this date, we will do our absolute best to satisfy you. Your satisfaction is something we strive for.

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please contact us at info@brytwork.com to initiate a return if you wish to return a product. 

I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods.

Are your goods good quality?

All our products have gone through several quality assurance checks to ensure that you receive the upmost quality products.

How do I return defective goods?

Please contact us at info@brytwork.com and send us a picture and description of the damaged product. We will do everything possible to make sure you receive a new product as soon as possible.  

How long will it take me to get my order?

Estimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. When available you will be provided tracking information. If you are located within the United States of America, your order will arrive within 1.5 weeks. 

What if I order something and it is out of stock?

We will remove the out of stock items from your order and ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock items. Please contact us at info@brytwork.com if you have any issues.

Is there a minimum order size?

We do not have a minimum order size.
